Very weird bug with WordPress

    As mentioned in title, the bugs is non reproducible.

    I have users(At least 30 of them), either
    1) In the final step, Select image button is not responding
    2) In the final step, After choosing an image, the image will take forever to load
    3) For the password in step 1, a few users said that when they enter alphabet, the textbox required them to change to numbers
    4) In the final step, the button should be SIGN UP, but some users said that the button become NEXT, and when they click, nothing happened(I have screenshot of this bug)
    5) In the final step, the button SIGN UP, is loading forever for some users.

    I’m really hope that I can get an answer for this. My developer team refused to help me with this matter.
