VictoryInTrouble private blog request being accepted

I am sending the author of VictoryIn Trouble a request to view fanfiction on her private blog. I was rereading one of my favorite fanfiction stories again. Then message appeared it’s a privately owned blog and send contact information to be allowed to view it. I did set up an account on WordPress.com with my information. Thank you for any assistance with my request.

VictoryIn Trouble is not a website URL. Can you please give the exact address of the site in question?
Private sites can only be viewed by people who have been invited by the site owner. You can request an invitation to a private site, but it’s up to the site owner whether they’ll give you access or not.

Okay. Did the owner of that site invite you, or did you just request an invitation?
If they’ve invited you and the link to accept the invitation doesn’t work, please ask them to resend it, or ask them to post here so I can help with this.
If you’ve only requested an invitation, you’ll need to wait until the site owner replies. If they don’t reply, then you can’t access that site. I can’t give you access to a private site without the site owner’s permission.

I have requested an invitation. I recently had access to the site again just a few weeks ago. Now message reappears to click on send an invitation. Thank you for assistance in trying to help in this matter.
Is my account set up correctly if the owner of the site gives me permission to access it? Will the site owner contact me if permission is given? This is the first site owner I’ve sent a request to for permission to view. I really enjoy these fanfiction stories and reread them often. Again, thank you!

It looks like that site was set to private only recently. If you were following the site before it was set to private, you won’t be able to see any posts on it any more unless the owner now specifically invites you.
There’s nothing in your account that needs to be set up. But you won’t be able to see it until the owner sends you an invitation. Whether or not they do that is up to them.
