Video Carousel Formatting Problems
-
I am working on setting a list of lecture videos to our website and for some reason the size and formatting of the videos are inconsistent. Some of the videos are embedded in a rectangular form and others are square in shape. Using custom css I have not been able to remedy this problem by setting the height and size.
If anyone has an answer to my problem I would love to know thank you

Hi there, the site referenced above seems to be a test site. Can we have a link to the site you are talking about?

I currently have placed images in place of the video players but the site is emperitas.com/lecture
here is a link to a picture of the problem with the wrong formatting:

Hi, emperitas.com is a self-hosted WordPress site and not one that is hosted here at WordPress.com. For self-hosted sites, general WordPress support is handled at http://wordpress.org/support/.
I would suggest first asking for help from the theme author/vendor directly. What they are going to need to know is whether the videos are from online services, such as Youtube, Vimeo, etc., or if you have uploaded them to your Media Library and are inserting them from there.
The differences between WordPress.com and WordPress.org.
I tried to view your image, but I was not allowed.
To really know what is going on, those helping would really need to be able to see an example right on the website so that we could look at the source code. I would suggest setting up a page for the theme author to look at when you ask for help
