Video Grid for non compatible oEmbed videos

  I have videos that aren’t compatible with oEmbed, i’d need a theme that enables a video grid similar to this http://www.tactilitizing.com I’ve come to the conclusion this is a lot harder than it should be. I am willing to pay for the $99 premium if this undefault behavior would be simpler to implement.

  I’d like a grid display of video Per Category, ideally I’d like sub-categories and the ability to search the site. I don’t feel these are extraordinary requests.
