  I want my website to make certain members to be able to upload post or send to me videos and documents that I will host in a database gallery for viewing by other members

  i can not find any settings tutorials or any plugins that allows me to do this

  all the plugins available only refer to me posting and uplaoding and management of galleries can someone help me
