Video in Sidebar, no cost

  I want to add a video in my sidebar, how do I do this?

  This blog is for a class, therefore I want to avoid any sort of cost. Please help!

  I just put a YouTube video in a sidebar of my test blog and it worked – real small and has a very high black box from YouTube but the video part was only about 1/3 of the total height

  All I had to do was change the width and height attributes to post a youtube video in a sidebar in a text widget.
