Video Press issues – video uploads but conversion does not occur?

    I am attempting to add an MP4 video to my blog, we have purchased the blog package that includes Video press. I follow the steps exactly and the video shows uploaded to 100% then it freezes and does not complete the conversion your tutorial shows to create the video so we can post it. Can you provide information on this and double check that our video press is active as it should be?
