  Is the Zeus theme compatible with the type of wordpress we have right now at ReynoldsandRowe.com?

  No. You cannot add external themes to a WordPress.COM blog. They are only for WordPress.ORG blogs. We have only the themes available on the Dashboard->Themes page. There are several that are similar though.
