  Videos are not being uploaded in videopress through browser. Please help me. It is urgent.

  This site is not hosted with us on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress software at another hosting provider. This is a bit different to a site hosted on WordPress.com. You can read about these differences here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  We’ll do our best to point you in the right direction.

  Can you tell me the file size and the file type being uploaded – also, can you tell me if it’s regular video block that’s being used or a videopress block?

  Lastly, is the file uploaded ok via the media library?

  Thank you.
  In fact, I want to get help regarding videopress.
  I have jetpack professional plan. I want to have a video website.
  I login in WordPress.com and through Jetpack I try to upload media, but any video which is more than about 150 MBs, can not be uploaded. The above said error message appears.

  Hi @mustaneer, I did some digging and I think I have spotted the issue.

  The Jetpack Pro plan is just under a different account.

  Can you log out of WordPress.com, then log back in (to Jetpack or WordPress.com) using the email address that gets invoices / billing reminders / other mail from Jetpack?

  Once you’re in the correct account, head to this link:

  Contact Support

  You’ll get Jetpack support there.

  I’m not sure how exactly you got routed to the forums for free WordPress.com sites, but that will help you get in touch with the right people!

  Also, the error occurred while uploading sort of sounds like maybe there was just a hiccup in the connection, so you might try uploading again in the meantime, or test to see if a smaller file goes through (as there’s less likely to be a line error if the upload is smaller — so that would be a good troubleshooting step.)

  But, that’s just my 2 cents; I’m mainly in support for free sites and those are a bit different. Jetpack support should be able to help you sort this out. Cheers!
