video widget no load in product page (enfold) woocommrce

  Dear, I have the last version of enfold, however when I add a widget video of youtube to my product page (woocommerce) the video no load. I fact when I write the url in the widget video appear an message of we cant load the video in spanish ‘ Lo siento, no podemos cargar el vídeo en la URL facilitada. Por favor, comprueba que la URL sea de un archivo de vídeo compatible (.mp4, .m4v, .webm, .ogv, .flv) o streaming (p. ej. YouTube y Vimeo). However the video was upload in mp4 format. Can you help me? Thank

  Help with WooCommerce will come from the support tab in the purple menu at https://woocommerce.com/

  The site you’ve listed here does not have the appropriate upgrade in order to use WooCommerce on the WordPress.com service.
