  I have a free wordpress plan, is it compulsory to download Videopress before I can start to upload videos if yes, can Videopress work a free plan and if yes how does it work and where can I download it. Thanks

  Videopress isn’t something you can download. VideoPress is included with the WordPress.com Premium and WordPress.com Business plans. All necessary info can be found at https://en.support.wordpress.com/videopress/
