videopress freezing

  Hello, I am trying to capture a thumbnail for my videopress video embedded in my blog. However, when it goes to “uploading…’ status after i have selected the frame, it freezes indefinitely. I have to close out and I’ve tried in FF and Chrome so far. No luck. I just put a code in to auto start the video to solve the issue temporarily because I am not a fan of the frame it has now. Any suggestions on how to troubleshoot this?

  I’m sorry for the trouble! This was identified as an issue with VideoPress (rather than something happening on your end). We’ve reported this issue to our VideoPress team, but we don’t have a solution for it yet. I will let you know as soon as I have an update from our team about it.
