videopress playback jumpy

  my videopress videos which previously displayed smoothly are now jumpy on my new computer when I select them through my website. Videos from file and youtube videos stream and play smoothly. I am told that the flashplayer may be the problem and selecting HTML 5 might resolve the problem but cannot find a way of trying this out.
  My active website is drmacshscphysics.com and it is the performance through this site which concerns me.

  I have resolved the problem by updating to the latest wordpress version. Hope this helps others.
