  I purchased videopress a few months ago on a different account. Can I get it transfered over to this account?

  I paid about $60 for VideoPress… Could I get a refund and then get the “bundle” you offer for $99?

  No, we can only issue a refund within 30 days of purchase.

  I can cancel the upgrade, which would then allow you to purchase the bundle, but I can’t issue a refund for it.
