VideoPress videos don't display in media gallery

  I successfully uploaded videos to the media gallery and got the message that they were processing. Eventually, this message went away, but I have no preview in the media gallery and cannot find the video, even though my free memory space has decreased.

  Due to a codec issue the videos weren’t converted. Are you able to use a video editor/viewer and save the video as a different file? (eg: mp4, mov). Otherwise I recommend opening the videos in Quicktime and use the ‘File’ -> ‘Save for Web’ option. Afterwards to you upload the newly saved videos.
