Videos not showing on wordpress

    I have gone through tones of articles about how to make videos being shown on wordpress. None of the explanations I have seen solve my problem, so, I am tottally in mistery as to what might be wrong in our site. I even tried to install special plugins for videos. Have tried with the latest WP editor (we are now end october 2020), there is no way.
    At some articles it says to go to settings, media and then ‘video player’, however, if I go to seetings, and media, there is not one mention of ‘video player’ and same any other part of the settings options.
