“View All” not working

  • Unknown's avatar

So, checking my views, I always want to see what people read, so I go to “All Views”. It is not working. I even re-booted the computer. No luck.

I hope it gets fixed soon.

    Thanks.

  • Hello,

I can understand why you’d want to get to the full list of views when you’re checking what people are reading on your site.

I’ve checked the Stats section for sciencesprings.wordpress.com on my side, and I can confirm that the “View all” links under sections such as Most Viewed, Referrers, Locations, and the other areas are working correctly. Clicking them opens the next page with the full details.

Based on this, it looks like what you’re seeing is likely related to your browser’s cached data rather than an issue with the site itself. Since rebooting the computer didn’t change anything, the next thing I’d recommend is clearing your browser cache or checking your Stats in another browser or an incognito/private window. This will help confirm whether the “View all” links work correctly there.

You can find the steps for clearing browser cache and troubleshooting browser-related issues here: https://wordpress.com/support/browser-issues/

If the issue continues after trying that, let me know. It would be helpful to know whether the “View all” link is not working only under Most Viewed or under all the Stats sections, and what exactly happens when you click it. With those details, I can take a closer look!

Thanks for your help. I will clear the cache. i can check also in Chrome (I use Firefox)

  • Hello @richardmitnick,

That sounds like a good next step. I know it’s important to be able to access the full Stats details when you’re checking what your readers are viewing.

Please give the cache clearing a try and also check the Stats in Chrome. Once you’ve tested it, let us know whether the “View all” links are working there. If the issue continues, we’ll be happy to take a closer look with you.

So, yes, I cleared the cache in Firefox, closed and re-opened Firefox and also tried in Chrome. No luck.

Does anyone else have any ideas?

    Thanks.

Hi @richardmitnick, as a workaround, while you’re logged in, try opening the full most viewed page for sciencesprings.wordpress.com directly. If that works, you can bookmark the page for now and select the date range you want.
