View Form Response / Jetpack (Forms) Issue

On my website, I created an application/form that users respond to in order to apply for a grant. Unfortunately, when I click on “View form responses” or Jetpack –> Forms, it brings me back to the home page, and I can’t view the forms that were filled out.

I am aware that I can send the filled-out forms to an email, but I want to view the information on the website.

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

The reason you’re being redirected to the homepage instead of seeing your grant applications is likely a link conflict between the old and new Jetpack “Feedback” interfaces. Recently, WordPress.com updated the way form responses are managed, and sometimes the “View form responses” shortcut still points to the old legacy link which your site now tries to “correct” by sending you back to the home page. To bypass this and view your grant data directly, you should ignore the shortcut link and instead navigate through the sidebar by going to Jetpack → Forms and clicking on the specific “Responses” tab at the top of that page. If that still fails, it may be a connection glitch between your blog and the Jetpack server, which you can often fix by visiting Settings → General to ensure your “Site Address” and “WordPress Address” both start with https://, as an unencrypted link will often trigger a security redirect that dumps you back on the homepage.

Thank you for the response. Unfortunately, both my Jetpack -> Forms and Settings -> General lead me back to my home page. The responses tab doesn’t work either, and I tried going through the sidebar. Is there any other possible way to fix this?

It sounds like your site’s database rewrite rules or security redirects are trapped in a loop, which is why even the direct Jetpack links are booting you back to the home page. Since the standard dashboard links are failing, you can try to “force” the view by bypassing the Jetpack menu entirely and going to the legacy Feedback management link at https://wordpress.com/forms/responses/newarkacademysocialinnovationgrant.wordpress.com, which often uses a different routing path than the sidebar shortcuts. If that still redirects you, the issue is likely a “cached” redirect in your browser or a plugin conflict; try accessing your site from an Incognito/Private window, as this will disable any browser extensions that might be interfering with the Jetpack data fetch. If both of those fail, you may need to go to Plugins > Installed Plugins and briefly Deactivate then Reactivate Jetpack, which forces a “handshake” refresh with the WordPress.com servers and can clear out those stubborn home-page redirects.
