'Viewers' not receiving notification

  Hi,
  I have a private blog that i’ve set up, and have 20 ‘viewers’. But none of them receive notifications, by email or otherwise. What could be the problem? I have access to a free site and not a paid one, if that helps.

  Hi there,

  Inviting someone as a viewer gives them access to your private site, but it doesn’t subscribe them. They’ll still need to follow the site, either via the action bar that appears bottom-right on your site, or via the Follow Blog widget that you can add.

  If they want to receive email notifications, they might need to specifically enable those in the Reader as well, or in their default notification settings.
