Viewing Site Locally

  Hi. I’m trying to set up to view my site locally on my PC (Windows 10). I’ve downloaded Xammp, tested servers etc but not sure exaclty what to do next. I backed up my site and now have this as a 2GB .wpress file. I’ve asked on the Xampp forums but been told to ask here instead…

  We can’t help as your site isn’t running on the wordpress.com platform. You must be in the wordpress.org forums at https://wordpress.org/support/forum/localhost-installs/
