  Dear WordPress,

  I have just paid $30 to enable ‘Custom Design’ and I am very disappointed as the sole reason I bought this upgrade was to have the option to embed Vimeo videos without the ‘Portrait’ ‘Title’ and ‘Byline’. However, upon embedding the code onto my page, these are still appearing.

  Please can you give me a solution as to how to remove these as I have paid $30 to be able to customise my site for these exact reasons.

  Those are from the Vimeo embed, which we have no control over, so the Custom Design upgrade won’t do much for you there.

  Just to be clear, you can embed a Vimeo video following this guide: http://en.support.wordpress.com/videos/vimeo/

  If you’d like, you can cancel your Custom Design upgrade and get a full refund within 30 days of purchase.

  Please go to the Store -> My Upgrades section of your dashboard, where you’ll find it in the list of your upgrades, along with a “Cancel” button.
