'Violating Terms of Service'

  When I visit my domain, it states that my site is closed for ‘violating terms of service.’
  I have been trying to customize my profile, and it would not let me, constantly giving me an error.
  I also have not received any email about this matter, so I have no idea what ‘terms’ I am violating. Can I please be given information and how to resolve this?
