Virtual menu or beer tap list plugin – update from mobile?

    Is there any plugin available that can display a menu or a bar’s current ‘on tap’ offering, that’s updateable from mobile? The menu would be changing every 2 days or so and updating from within WordPress could get a little clunky.

    Hi there,

    The only theme we have on WordPress.com that includes menu functionality is Canape:

    You can update content on any WordPress site, regardless of theme, from either the official WordPress mobile app, or by logging into the dashboard using the browser on your phone. This is not something that depends on theme, and I don’t know of any theme that allows direct editing via mobile, independent of the WordPress app or logging into the dashboard.

    That would essentially require the theme itself to function as a web app, rather than just controlling the way content on the site displays. I’m sure it’s possible to create something like that, but you’d likely have to hire a developer to custom-build something like that for you, and it won’t be possible to use something like that on WordPress.com – you’ll have to host the open source version of WordPress yourself instead.
