    Hi there, it looks like your site is using name servers that aren’t associated with WPcom.

    Nameservers:
    NS41.HNDSERVERS.NET
    NS42.HNDSERVERS.NET

    Have you tried contacting your web hosting provider for assistance? If they say this is a WordPress problem, head over to https://wordpress.org/support/ where you’ll find documentation and users who have more experience with the software you are using. If you don’t have a username on the ORG forums you can register one on the top of that page.
