Visitors counted per account or device?

  I have a private blog which only a limited number of people have access to.
  In stats, does the ‘visitor’ number count accounts or devices? So for example if I visit from my computer and my phone, does that count as one visitor or two?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Yes, visiting from different devices would count as two “visitors”.
