  The visual editor doesn’t show up when I am clicked on a block, how do I get it to show

  WordPress.com but a friend helped me out thanks so it’s the right handside the 3 dots then I just turned off and on again the top toolbar so it appears at the top of the page instead of the block but at least something is there now
