Visual editor bug

    Hi,
    I am having an issue with the visual editor displaying the text in HTML. When I switch from text to visual the code stays. I have deactivated the theme and plugins and still see the issue. I believe the bug is in WordPress.

    Hi there,

    Your site is not hosted on WordPress.com, but connected here via Jetpack, so I have no way to check your posts in the editor to see exactly what is going wrong.

    Can you please provide details on exactly what method you are using to add code to your posts, an example of the code you’re adding (you should be able to post the code here between backticks, but that doesn’t always work in which case a gist of pastebin might be better), and the exact steps you’re following to cause the problem to appear. Then we can take a look and try and replicate the issue.
