Visually Impaired – colour schemes

Hi I need help. I struggle with seeing light blue on a white background, so find using wordpress.com difficult to use to build my blog. How can I modify the wordpress.com settings to have different colour settings? (e.g. black on white). It is not the blog settings themselves rather the wordpress settings.

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

There are two dashboard color styles which can be found under Users → Personal Settings. The options are Gray and Blue, and the default is Gray so you may find that the other one may not be better for you.

If the settings inside WordPress.com aren’t helpful, it’s possible you may want to try to make some adjustments to your monitor settings directly. On one of my past computers, I had changed the gamma settings and it made a lot of forms on the internet hard to distinguish but adjusting my monitor settings fixed it.

Many thanks for this information. I will look into it. Unfortunately clour of text is a big issue for me and is proving quite difficult to sort out.
