Good day sir/madam I purchased upgraded this site on the 10th of march 2020 and cancel it. I was letter charged again without my concept please check and refund me back

Of what upgrade, on which site are you speaking? And what is the date and amount of the charge?
The only charge showing on the account you used to post here is a Premium Plan purchase on 11 March 2020, and that payment was refunded in full the next day when you cancelled the plan. There has been no further charges on your account since then.
