Waiting for refund

    I am still waiting for a refund to be delivered after I asked for one on January 14. My support contact said it would be around 7 days to come in, but it still hasn’t. How do I get my money back?

    Hi there,

    Refunds can take up to ten business days to appear in your account, and that depends on processing times at your bank or credit card company.

    If you haven’t received your refund yet, please follow up with your financial institution directly. You can use the transaction ID from our payment processor that appears in your refund receipt as a reference.
