  I requested a cancellation and refund the day after upgrading to business plan. I have not been refunded my money!

  It looks like you’ve disputed the payment with your payment service provider. As a result, the payment is currently on hold at your payment service provider’s end.   You can close the dispute with your payment service provider and then reach out to us, we can then issue a refund when the payment is no longer on hold.
