Wamp and Xaamp install of wp locally

    MY SITE jUSt ANOTHER WORD PRESS SITE
    Apologies, but no results were found for the requested archive. Perhaps searching will help find a related post.

    Requesting your assistance in getting word press functional locally using Wamp Server install.
    Thus far when I type my localhost folder name in browser and click enter ‘firefox’ brings up the above site with apologies below.
    I have spent numerous hours to get to this point.
    Appreciate any and all assistance.
    My options are to click home on log-in unsuccessfully receiving a blank password error. also numerous times.
    I can get to localhost/phpmyadmin screen and database created has (11) behind the name which i assume are tables
