i want all my money back. Could not contact anyone or figure out how to do from the very first day. I tried to use it but always had a message that said to ‘fix issues with suesithelp’. It took me more than a week to figure out how to even send this email. Your service is so convoluted and limiting that I am going to to the xml coding myself. I am requesting that the web hosting/domain fee be refunded. I understand that the $9.88 is being refunded. I am requesting that the ‘personal bundle’ of $35.88 be refunded because I couldn’t get clear instructions to cancel within the two day time period. I still don’t even have a phone number to call.

So that we are on the same page, once you decide to cancel your domain and get a refund for the remaining $26, but there is no guarantee that you will be able to reacquire it in the future. Someone else could gain access to it.
If you want to keep using your domain but you don’t want to use WordPress.com anymore, you don’t have to cancel it. Instead, you can move the domain to another site, using the Domain Administration tool here.
