want to add info from Numbers spreadsheet

    It is possible to cut and paste from a Numbers spreadsheet on a Mac to a new post in WordPress? If not, is there another way to show info in a ‘table’ or 2 col. format with items in the left column and prices (aligned) in the right hand column? I’m NOT a programmer, but a ‘newbie’ having problems.
