I can’t add WordPress.com follow button to allow people to follow your blog easier.
Please help me on that.
Also I want to add Google adsense to monetize my site. Kinldy support on the same.The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

A “Follow” button is already displayed in the action bar in the bottom right hand corner of lasitaadhikary.wordpress.com:

The Follow Blog Widget can be added if you want to give visitors to the option to sign up by email.
Also I want to add Google adsense to monetize my site.
Third party ad networks like Google AdSense are only supported on sites using the Business plan, so you would need to upgrade in order to display those ads:
