    Hi Word Press,

    Our company would like to cancel our membership with you but we don’t remember our credentials. Here is the last payment that was posted to our bank account.

    How can I go about canceling it. Thanks!

    I do not see any upgrades under your @apeil13 WordPress.com account when I check on our end. You can confirm by visiting this page: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/.

    Is it possible you made your purchase under a different login or with a different hosting provider? I see that the text you included in your question mentions “WP ENGINE” which is another provider of WordPress hosting that we are not associated with.

    You are welcome to contact WP Engine support directly, and they should be able to assist you from there.
