Want to cancel my domain mapping and refund

    When i try to cancel my upgrade it says

    “You will not receive a refund of the cost of this domain as it was purchased more than 30 days ago or there was a problem finding your payment. Please contact support if you have any queries about this cancellation.”

    But I’ve just upgraded my domain mapping yesterday. Kindly help me in this regard so that i can get the refund. Also give me the details about the refund.
