  Hi there,

  The account you’re using to post here was only created minutes before you opened this thread, and owns no sites and no upgrades on WordPress.com.

  What is the address of the site you need help with? To cancel upgrades on a WordPress.com site you need to be logged in as the correct WordPress.com account that owns that site, and you also need to be logged into an account in order to close it.

  Once logged into the correct account, you can cancel any active upgrades from the Purchases page:

  https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/

  And you can close your account from the account settings page. Instructions here:
