No. An in-house like button is available here for member use only just as it is on Facebook. The button cannot be used by anyone unless they have a WordPress.com/Gravatar account and ware logged into WordPress.com when they click it.

Do be aware that likes count for nothing except making us feel warm and fuzzy. Likes and shares are not pages view stats. Likes and shares are misleading when you are talking about page view stats. Your followers and anyone with a WordPress.com blog who is logged into WordPress.com can “like” and “share” your posts in several locations such as in email and the Reader without ever clicking into your blog and creating a page view stat.

You can control the length of the entry sent out on your RSS feed here > Settings > Reading and choose the “summary” setting for your RSS feed or the “full text”. If you set it to summary then visitors have to click into the blog to read the full post.

NOTE: You don’t have to require a log-in or an email address from commenters, but if you don’t then you have flung doors to your blog wide open to spammers. See more on that at the end of my comment please.

This page > Settings > Discussion is where you set up defaults for comments.

    Discussion Settings
    Other comment settings
_Comment author must fill out name and e-mail
_Users must be registered and logged in to comment

Note that the prompt to submit and email address and a website URL will still appear, but providing an email address and logging in are not required, and you cannot change this so the prompt does not appear.

You can post instructions for your visitors in a text widget if you wish to set up anonymous commenting. That’s easy to do. You copy and paste this into a text widget:

Readers: Note that the email address and logging in prompts do appear for comments on this blog, but providing an email address and logging in are not required.

P.S. Do be sure to set up full comment moderation ie. “An administrator must always approve the comment” because anonymous commenting is bound to increase the amount of spam your blog will receive.
