  Are you referring to ?

  I checked the site and it is currently public. I also confirmed that on your settings page, it is set to Public: https://wordpress.com/settings/general/manzebcom.wordpress.com

  Is there something you are seeing (or not seeing) that gives you the impression that the site is private, let me know and I will take a look.
