Want to remove mapping of my domain completely

  Hello,
  I have my blog on wordpress, previously I have mapped domain to my blog and it was working correctly. But now I want to convert wordpress hosted blog to self hosted. So I want to remove mapping from wordpress hosting and I want to map it to my Amazon EC2 instance. I have changed named server from my domain provider side but I am still redirected to my wordpress hosted blog. So please guide me what I have to do?

  What is the mapped domain name you need help with?

  How long since you changed the name servers? It can take 24 to 72 hours for changes to reach the far corners of the internet

  It looks like you have your name servers set wrong – they are pointing to your domain name – normally they point to your host – check with your new host to see what they want for the name server settings –

  I have also flagged this for the staff – they can remove the domain mapping from your base WordPress.COM blog for you –

  Hello,
  Thanks for your support and I’ll check with my host. Actually I have created named sever with IP address that’s why it’s containing domain name.

  If it isn’t working for you yet, please try clearing out your cache.
