Want to upload a wp theme I purchase

    Can’t get access to upload my theme, can I get access to upload; it’s gray out. I already got my host account thru…CoolHandle Hosting and I have my domain name thru Namecheap…My Domain Registration livenstylvip.com. Your site is trying to make me pay $99 to transfer my domain for a fee. I have a wp theme I got from your site for $59 and want to install it as my new website. How can I do this do I need to load it thru my Host panel account?

    Hi there,

    You’re speaking about a self-hosted site using the WordPress.ORG software, not a WordPress.com site. We’re not able to help with self-hosted sites in this forum. The WordPress.com site, http://livenstylvip.wordpress.com/, has absolutely nothing to do with your site at CoolHandle hosting, livenstylvip.com

    If you’re not able to upload your theme to your site it’s probably a limitation on your hosting provider’s end. Please contact them, or post in the self-hosted forums for help with this:
