  Back in 2015 I applied for a FREE Blog — while trying to complete — your screen requested $35 or there abouts — I paid by Card .

  Then WordPress cut from assisting me — I tried various ways to get help —nothing .

  I complained to London Police re WordPress conning for money — WordPress NEVER refunded any money 0— I have not had anything on the Web .
  No inquiry from any staff — just took the money –I got ZERO help — nothing on Net .

  I'm retired and genuinely help in Africa from my pocket .

  Sorry I can't understand your Forum ways — can't see where I can say anything .

  Yet — I just read somewhere there — if someone uses a moglook or something — they can get a private help .

  I can see you contacted us by email about adding a custom domain and a member of staff responded.

  You can create a free WordPress.com site using our Free plan. In addition to this we also offer a number of paid plans. It sounds like you may have purchased a plan.

  Let me know which site the purchase was for and I’ll tell you which upgrade you purchased.
