Hello, I’m sorry to hear that you are having trouble with your website. However, your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with Siteground.
To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities: https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org/
WordPress.org has complete documentation for self-hosted/installed versions of WordPress.org at https://wordpress.org/support/ and support at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
With that said, access your server via SFTP or FTP, or a file manager in your hosting account’s control panel (consult your hosting provider’s documentation for specifics on these), navigate to /wp-content/plugins/ and delete the whole /sitemap-generator/ directory there.
This will remove the plugin causing the problem and restore your site.
Next, I recommend reporting at https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/sitemap-generator/ so the plugin’s developers and support community can help you with this, or since it appears that plugin is discontinued, just rely on WordPress’s built-in sitemap which exists at
example.com/wp-sitemap.xml
