    Hi I was wondering if I could get in touch with customer service due to a matter of not using my websites then charge back fines. I am looking to commit to another year of word press and not choose another hosting site- (I am now hesitant due to charge backs) but was looking to see as un aware of this abandonment; could get these fees waved. And commit to another year.

    Please do let me know who I can get a hold of asap

    Hi –

    Thanks for writing to us. We aren’t able to waive or close the chargeback fee. Once that payment is made things will be restored on your account as they were before.

    Wheni tried to pay the chargeback amount.. it says “Sorry, purchasing multiple Plans of the same kind isn’t possible.” please help
