Was charged a large fee and don’t know why

    Hi there. I have been paying ten dollars a month to have a site with u guys for the last couple years. I was just charged 171.87 and want to clear that up. Thank u

    Of what site are you speaking, please?

    We do not have any monthly payment options on WordPress.com. You bought a Premium plan from us for $99 in January 2017, but that plan was cancelled and refunded two weeks later. You have not owned any upgrades on WordPress.com since then, nor has there been any further charges on your WordPress.com account.
