Was I charged $12.00US???

  We were charged $12.00US to my credit card with a reference being WP.COM.

  Could you please advise if this was from WordPress and if so, what for?

  If we have been charged for something, we would like an invoice and the details of the charges.

  I look forward to hearing from your staff shortly.

  I’ve tagged this for Staff attention, and please be patient while they get back to you, but it looks to me to be a domain mapping upgrade, which has to be renewed annually, unless you’ve cancelled it. http://en.support.wordpress.com/domain-mapping/

  When you initially pu4chased the domain mapping for http://setupbusiness.com.au/ you enabled auto-renew, and that renewal for $12 was placed on June 11, 2012.

  The domain mapping subscription is now good through July 11, 2013.
