  Hi there,

  We don’t have a tool built into WordPress.com to do this, so you’ll need to use photo editing software on your computer, like Lightroom, Photoshop, or GIMP to do this before you upload the photos to your site’s media library.

  You can also use a free online tool like Pixlr.com to do this.
