wayyy too many views- site hacked?

Hi guys! Over the past couple days, I’ve had my highest ever stats for my blog, and it appears that a ton of people, especially from Canada, have been reading my most recent article. It says that they were directed there from Facebook. I’m wicked skeptical, because my blog has never had that many views before, and I’m trying to figure out what’s going on. Has anyone else experienced an out of nowhere explosion in stats on their blog?

You have not been hacked, and having a viral post is very common. Nothing to worry about. In fact, it’s good news.

Unless you happen to see someone sharing it on Facebook, or get a chance to ask a commenter, not really. Clearly some Canadian with a lot of friends shared it.
