we changed our internet address for our site and now can not get into the word press back in

To be clear we cannot even begin to help anyone who does not tell us which URL(s) starting with http:// they are talking about.

the url was http://www.modern-gypsies.com/2013/ Then we changed it to http://www.modern-gypsies.com in themes. We had finished our site and were attempting to make it live.

Those are not free hosted WordPress.com blog(s) and we do not provide support for them. You are posting to the wrong support forum.
WordPress.com and WordPress.org are completely separate and have separate logins. If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the support forums there and receive advice from WordPress.ORG bloggers.
